General Note

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG), every individual has the right to privacy and protection against the misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy. In collaboration with our hosting providers, we strive to protect databases from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or forgery.

We would like to inform you that the transmission of data over the internet (e.g., through email communication) may have security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to ensure complete protection of data from access by third parties. By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing, and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. During your visit, data such as the accessed pages or names of the accessed files, date, and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without directly relating this data to your person. Personal data, such as name, address, or email address, are collected on a voluntary basis whenever possible. Personal data, especially responses to questions, names, addresses, or email addresses, may be collected on a voluntary basis whenever possible through the use of this website or third-party websites operated on our behalf. By using this website or third-party websites operated on our behalf, you agree that your data will be collected, processed, and used according to the following provisions. We will not disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except in cases where this is necessary within the scope of our contractual services. This may include the disclosure of your data to solar and PV companies to provide you with specific offers and services.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data refers to any information relating to a specific or identifiable person. A data subject is a person about whom personal data is processed. Processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, including storing, disclosing, obtaining, deleting, storing, modifying, destroying, and using personal data. We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Furthermore, we process personal data in compliance with the following legal bases in connection with Art. 6(1) GDPR, to the extent and insofar as the EU GDPR is applicable:

1. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

2. Contractual Performance and Pre-Contractual Inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

3. Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.

4. Vital Interests (Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR): Processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.

5. Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject that require protection.

6. Application Process as Pre-Contractual or Contractual Relationship (Art. 9(2)(b) GDPR): Where special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR (e.g., health data, such as information about severe disability or ethnic origin) are requested from applicants in the context of the application process, this is done so that the data controller or the data subject can exercise their rights arising from labor law and social security and social protection law and fulfill their related obligations. This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 9(2)(b) GDPR in the case of the protection of vital interests of the applicants or other persons according to Art. 9(2)(c) GDPR or for purposes of preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, the provision of health or social care or treatment or the management of health or social care systems and services pursuant to Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR. In the case of a voluntary consent to the communication of special categories of data, the processing is based on Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.

We process personal data for the duration necessary for the respective purpose(s) or as required by longer retention obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, and we restrict processing accordingly.

Applicable Legal Bases

In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we inform you about the legal bases of our data processing. If the legal basis is not mentioned in the privacy policy, the following applies: The legal basis for obtaining consent is Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 GDPR, the legal basis for processing for the performance of our services and the implementation of contractual measures and responses to inquiries is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, the legal basis for processing to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, and the legal basis for processing to protect our legitimate interests is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Security Measures

In accordance with legal requirements and considering the state of the art, implementation costs, the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of the threat to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection that is appropriate to the risk. These measures include ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data by controlling physical and electronic access to the data, as well as their access, input, disclosure, availability, and separation. Furthermore, we have established procedures to ensure the exercise of data subject rights, data deletion, and responses to data breaches. Moreover, we consider data protection in the development or selection of hardware, software, and procedures in accordance with the principle of data protection through technology design and data protection-friendly default settings.

Transmission of Personal Data

In the course of processing personal data, it may happen that data is transmitted or disclosed to other entities, companies, legally independent organizational units, or individuals. Recipients of this data may include service providers responsible for IT tasks or providers of services and content embedded in a website. In such cases, we comply with legal requirements and, in particular, conclude appropriate contracts or agreements with the recipients of your data to protect your data.

Processing of Data in Third Countries

If we process data in a third country (i.e., outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA)) or if data is processed within the framework of using third-party services or disclosing/transmitting data to other persons, entities, or companies, this will only be done in compliance with the legal requirements. Unless there is an explicit consent or a contractually or legally required data transfer, we only process data in third countries with recognized data protection levels, contractual obligations through so-called standard data protection clauses of the EU Commission, certifications, or binding internal data protection regulations (Art. 44 to 49 GDPR, Information page of the EU Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection_en).

Cookie Privacy Policy

This website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that contain data from visited websites or domains and are stored by a browser on the user's computer. The primary purpose of a cookie is to store information about a user during or after their visit to an online offering. The stored information may include, for example, language settings on a website, login status, a shopping cart, or the location where a video was viewed. The term "cookies" also includes other technologies that fulfill the same functions as cookies (e.g., when user information is stored based on pseudonymous online identifiers, also known as "user IDs").

The following types and functions of cookies are distinguished:

  1. Temporary Cookies (also: Session or Session Cookies): Temporary cookies are deleted at the latest after a user has left an online offering and closed their browser.
  1. Permanent Cookies: Permanent cookies remain stored even after the browser is closed. For example, the login status can be saved, or preferred content can be displayed directly when the user revisits a website. Likewise, user interests used for reach measurement or marketing purposes can be stored in such a cookie.
  1. First-Party Cookies: First-party cookies are set by us.
  1. Third-Party Cookies: Third-party cookies are primarily used by advertisers (so-called third parties) to process user information.
  1. Necessary Cookies: Necessary cookies may be essential for the operation of a website (e.g., to save logins or other user inputs or for security reasons).
  1. Statistics, Marketing, and Personalization Cookies: Cookies are also usually used for reach measurement and when the interests of a user or their behavior (e.g., viewing specific content, using functions, etc.) are stored in a user profile on individual websites. Such profiles are used, for example, to display content to users that matches their potential interests. This process is also known as "tracking," which means tracking the potential interests of users. If we use cookies or "tracking" technologies, we will inform you separately in our privacy policy or as part of obtaining consent.

Legal Bases for Processing Cookies

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data using cookies depends on whether we ask for your consent. If this is the case and you consent to the use of cookies, the legal basis for the processing of your data is the declared consent. Otherwise, the data processed using cookies will be based on our legitimate interests (e.g., operating our online offering in a commercially viable manner and improving it) or, if the use of cookies is necessary, to fulfill our contractual obligations.

Storage Duration

If we do not provide explicit information on the storage duration of permanent cookies (e.g., within the framework of a so-called cookie opt-in), please assume that the storage duration can be up to two years.

General Notes on Withdrawal and Objection (Opt-Out)

Depending on whether the processing is based on consent or legal permission, you have the option at any time to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data using cookie technologies (collectively referred to as "opt-out"). You can initially declare your objection through the settings of your browser, e.g., by deactivating the use of cookies (which may also limit the functionality of our online offering). An objection to the use of cookies for online marketing purposes can also be declared via a variety of services, especially in the case of tracking, through the websites https://optout.aboutads.info and https://www.youronlinechoices.com/. In addition, you can receive further information about objections in the context of the information about the service providers and cookies used.

Processing of Cookie Data Based on Consent

We use a cookie consent management process in which users' consent to the use of cookies, and the processing and providers mentioned within the scope of the cookie consent management process can be obtained, managed, and revoked by users. The consent declaration is stored to avoid having to repeat the query and to be able to provide proof of consent in accordance with legal obligations. The storage can be carried out server-side and/or in a cookie (so-called opt-in cookie or using comparable technologies) to assign the consent declaration to a user or their device. Subject to individual information about the providers of cookie management services, the following information applies: The duration of storage of the consent can be up to two years. In this case, a pseudonymous user identifier is created and the time of consent, information on the scope of the consent (e.g., which categories of cookies and/or service providers), as well as the browser, system, and device used are stored.

Processed Data Types

Usage Data (e.g., visited websites, interest in content, access times), Meta/Communication Data (e.g., device information, IP addresses). Data Subjects: Users (e.g., website visitors, users of online services). Legal Bases: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

Use of Google Maps

This website uses the services of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently. By visiting the website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or if no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish this association with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research, and/or personalized design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out even for users who are not logged in to provide targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and to exercise this right, you must contact Google. For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by Google, as well as your rights and privacy settings, please visit: www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Google Ads

This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you reached our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie, so cookies cannot be tracked across Ads customers' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can reject the setting of the required cookie - for example, by adjusting your browser settings to block cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com" or by disabling automatic cookie setting in your browser.

Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not wish to record measurement data. If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Use of Google Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. The function allows presenting interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A "cookie" is stored in the visitor's browser, which enables recognizing the visitor when they access websites that belong to Google's advertising network. On these pages, advertisements can be displayed to the visitor based on content they previously viewed on websites that use Google's remarketing function.

According to their own statements, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. If you still do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can generally deactivate it by adjusting the corresponding settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies for interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.

Privacy Policy for Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the data controller for data processing on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, then Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as "Google."

Through the obtained statistics, we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. Additionally, this website uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor traffic conducted via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate cross-device analysis of your usage in your account settings under "My Data," "Personal Information."

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. We inform you that this website has extended Google Analytics using the code "_anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses. As a result, IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, and any direct reference to individuals can be excluded. If personal data is collected through Google Analytics, this reference is immediately deleted, and the personal data is thus erased without delay.

Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator.

Google Analytics uses cookies

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being sent to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Furthermore, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link: Google Analytics Opt-out. This will place an opt-out cookie on your device, which prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your device, including the opt-out cookies, you will need to set the opt-out cookie again if you want to prevent data collection via Google Analytics. The opt-out cookies are set separately for each browser and device and are also device-specific, so they must be activated separately for each browser, computer, or other device.

Privacy Policy for Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense on this website. This is an advertising program from Google Inc. In Europe, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services. With Google AdSense, we can display advertisements on this website that are relevant to our content.

Google AdSense uses cookies to display relevant ads to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent users from seeing the same ads multiple times. Through a cookie ID, Google records which ads are displayed in which browser and can prevent them from being shown multiple times. Furthermore, Google AdSense can use cookie IDs to capture conversions related to ad requests. This is the case when a user sees a Google Ads ad and later, using the same browser, visits the advertiser's website and makes a purchase. According to Google, Google Ads cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's servers. By integrating Google Ads, Google receives information that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign your visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that Google may obtain and store your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways:

  1. By adjusting your browser software accordingly, in particular, the suppression of third-party cookies will prevent you from receiving advertisements from third-party providers;
  2. By deactivating cookies for conversion tracking in your browser settings so that cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com" are blocked, https://adssettings.google.com. This setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies;
  3. By deactivating interest-based ads from providers participating in the self-regulation campaign "About Ads" via the link https://www.aboutads.info/choices. This setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies;
  4. By permanently deactivating them in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome via the link https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this offer to their full extent.

The legal basis for processing your data is a balance of interests, whereby the processing of your personal data described above does not outweigh your overriding interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For more information about Google Ads from Google, please visit https://ads.google.com/intl/en_US/home/ and for privacy at Google in general: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy. Alternatively, you can visit the website of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at https://www.networkadvertising.org.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags through an interface, enabling us to integrate, for example, Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering. The Tag Manager itself, which implements the tags, does not process any personal data of users. Regarding the processing of users' personal data, please refer to the information provided for Google services. Usage policy: https://www.google.com/intl/en/tagmanager/use-policy.html.

Agency Services

We process our customers' data in accordance with the data protection regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz, DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSGVO) as part of our contractual services.

This includes the processing of master data (e.g., customer master data, such as names or addresses), contact data (e.g. email, telephone numbers), content data (e.g. text input, etc.), contract data (e.g. subject matter of the contract, term), payment data (e.g. bank details, payment history), usage and metadata (e.g. within the scope of evaluating and measuring the success of marketing measures). The data subjects include our customers, interested parties, their customers, users, website visitors, or employees as well as third parties. The purpose of the processing is to provide contractual services, billing, and our customer service. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contractual services), Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (analysis, statistics, optimization, security measures). We process data that is necessary for the establishment and fulfillment of the contractual services and point out the necessity of their provision. Disclosure to external parties only takes place if required within the scope of an order. When processing the data provided to us within the scope of an order, we act in accordance with the instructions of the client as well as with the legal requirements of order processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and process the data for no other purposes than those specified in the order.

We delete the data after the expiration of legal warranty and comparable obligations. The necessity of keeping the data is reviewed at irregular intervals. In the case of legal archiving obligations, deletion takes place after their expiration. In the case of data disclosed to us by the contractual partner as part of an order, we delete the data according to the specifications of the order, generally after the end of the order.

Contractual Services

We process data of our contractual and business partners, e.g., customers and interested parties (collectively referred to as "contractual partners") in the context of contractual and comparable legal relationships, as well as related measures and communication with contractual partners (or pre-contractually), for example, to respond to inquiries.

We process this data to fulfill our contractual obligations, secure our rights, and for purposes related to the administrative tasks and entrepreneurial organization associated with this information. We only disclose the data of contractual partners to third parties to the extent required by law for the aforementioned purposes or to fulfill legal obligations or with the consent of the affected individuals (e.g., to telecommunications, transportation, and other auxiliary services as well as subcontractors, banks, tax and legal advisors, payment service providers, or tax authorities). Further processing for marketing purposes or other forms will be communicated to the contractual partners within the scope of this privacy policy.

We inform the contractual partners about which data is necessary for the aforementioned purposes before or in the course of data collection, for example, in online forms, through special markings (e.g., colors) or symbols (e.g., asterisks), or in person.

We delete the data after the expiration of legal warranty and comparable obligations, i.e., generally after 4 years, unless the data is stored in a customer account, e.g., as long as it must be kept for legal archiving purposes (usually 10 years for tax purposes). Data disclosed to us by the contractual partner as part of an order will be deleted in accordance with the specifications of the order, generally after the end of the order.

If we use third-party providers or platforms to provide our services, the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers or platforms apply in the relationship between users and providers.

Customer Account: Within our online offering, contractual partners can create an account (e.g., customer or user account, "customer account"). If the registration of a customer account is necessary, contractual partners will be informed about this as well as the required information for registration. Customer accounts are not public and cannot be indexed by search engines. In the context of registration, as well as subsequent logins and use of the customer account, we store the IP addresses of the customers along with the access times to be able to prove the registration and prevent potential misuse of the customer account.

Once customers have terminated their customer account, the data concerning the customer account will be deleted, unless retention is required for legal reasons. It is the responsibility of the customers to secure their data upon termination of the customer account.

Analysis and Market Research

For business purposes and to identify market trends, customer and user preferences, we analyze the data we have concerning business transactions, contracts, inquiries, etc., involving contractual partners, interested parties, customers, visitors, and users of our online offering.

The analyses are carried out for the purpose of business evaluations, marketing, and market research (e.g., to determine customer groups with different characteristics). In doing so, we may consider the profiles of registered users, including their information on services used, if available. The analyses are for our own use only and are not disclosed externally, unless they are anonymous analyses with aggregated, i.e., anonymized values. Furthermore, we consider the privacy of users and process the data for analysis purposes in pseudonymous form and, if possible, anonymously (e.g., as aggregated data).

Shop and E-Commerce

We process the data of our customers to enable them to select, purchase, or order the chosen products, goods, and related services, as well as to facilitate payment and delivery or execution. If necessary for the execution of an order, we use service providers, especially postal, freight, and shipping companies, to carry out delivery or execution to our customers. For payment processing, we use the services of banks and payment service providers. The required information is labeled as such in the course of the ordering or comparable process and includes the information necessary for delivery, provision, and billing, as well as contact information to be able to contact customers if needed.

Agency Services

We process the data of our customers as part of our contractual services, which may include conceptual and strategic consulting, campaign planning, software and design development/consulting or maintenance, implementation of campaigns and processes, handling, server administration, data analysis/consulting services, and training services.

US companies are required to disclose personal data to security authorities without the affected individuals being able to take legal action against this. It cannot be ruled out that US authorities (e.g., intelligence agencies) process, evaluate, and permanently store your data located on US servers for monitoring purposes. We have no control over these processing activities.

Perspective is merely the operator of the software and, in this context, a data processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The basis for the processing by Perspective is a contract for data processing between the responsible entity and Perspective. In addition, Perspective Software GmbH processes further data, some of which may also be personal data, to provide its services, especially for the operation of the Mobile Funnel. This will be further explained below.

Access Logs ("Server Logs")

With every access to the Funnel, general log data, known as server logs, are automatically recorded. These data are usually pseudonymous and therefore do not allow conclusions about a natural person. Without this data, it would be technically impossible to deliver and display the content of the software. Furthermore, processing this data is mandatory for security reasons, especially for access, input, transmission, storage control, etc. Additionally, the anonymous information may be used for statistical purposes and for optimizing the offering and technology. Moreover, the log files can be checked and evaluated retrospectively if there is suspicion of unlawful use of the software. The legal basis for this is § 15 para. 1 Telemedia Act (TMG) and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. Generally, data such as the domain name of the website, web browser and web browser version, operating system, and timestamp of the access to the software are collected. The user's IP address is not stored. However, the user is assigned a so-called session ID. The scope of this logging does not exceed the common scope of any other website on the internet. The storage duration of these access logs is up to 7 days. There is no right to object.

Collection of User Behavior Data

Generally, data such as the domain name of the website, web browser and web browser version, operating system, the user's session ID, and the timestamp of the access to the software are collected. All data entered by the user when using the Funnel (e.g., answering form fields, using interactive components) is assigned to the user via a session ID and made available to the operator of this website. The deletion, storage, and further processing of this personal data are the responsibility of the operator of this website in accordance with current legislation.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are used in the Funnel. These are small text files that are stored on the device you use to access this Funnel. The cookies used serve to ensure security when visiting a website ("strictly necessary"), implement certain functionalities such as standard language settings ("functional"), and improve the user experience or performance on the website ("performance"). Within the Funnel, strictly necessary, functional, and performance cookies are used, especially to implement certain pre-settings, such as language, to store given answers even with a poor internet connection, or to analyze the performance of a Funnel and the channel used by a user to access this Funnel. The use of cookies is mandatory for the provision of our services and thus for the fulfillment of the contract (Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR). Storage duration: Up to 1 month or until the end of the browser session. Right to object: You can determine whether you allow cookies or object to the use of cookies through your browser settings. Please note that deactivating cookies may lead to restricted or completely suppressed functionality of the Funnel. The operator of this website has the possibility to decide individually for each used Funnel which options for the use of cookies are offered to the user. It is the responsibility of the website operator to use cookies in accordance with applicable legal restrictions. If extensions of external companies are used within the Funnel by the operator of the website, the operator is responsible for informing the user about this.

Rights of Data Subjects

If personal data is processed by Perspective Software GmbH as the responsible entity, you, as the data subject, have certain rights under Chapter III of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) depending on the legal basis and purpose of the processing, including, if applicable, the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this data protection consent in accordance with Art. 7 III GDPR. To assert your rights as data subjects regarding the data processed for the operation of the Funnel, please contact the data protection officer of Perspective Software GmbH (see Section B).

Final Provisions

Perspective reserves the right to adjust this privacy policy at any time to ensure that it complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to the services in the privacy policy, for example, when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will apply for any subsequent visit to the Funnel.
